Death by Force

Gabriel Buendia, a 22-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically found dead on the night of June 29, 2017. His body was discovered around 11:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of East Pettit Avenue after police responded to a call about a man down in the area. The Allen County Coroner's Office later confirmed that Buendia had died from gunshot wounds, and his death was officially ruled a homicide. This incident marked the 14th homicide in Allen County for the year 2017.
