In the early morning hours of a summer day in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a gathering at an after-hours party on Oliver Street took a tragic and violent turn, ending the life of 27-year-old Dequavius Devonte Tyler. The male victim, known to his loved ones, was attending a party on June 12, 2022, when an argument escalated into a physical altercation.
