Anthony W. Hodge, aged 46, passed away on June 13, 2015, at his residence in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born on June 17, 1968, he was the son of Paul and Lois (Platt) Hodge. Anthony worked at the Anthony Wayne Vending Company and was known for his love of pets, guitars, his Pinto car, camping, and the Buffalo Bills. He was survived by his wife, Christine Martindale, whom he married on August 21, 1999, his son Billy Hodge, his brother Paul (Willy) Hodge, and his grandmother Cleo Wolfe.
