Marquis Quinn, a 20-year-old from Indianapolis, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2019. The incident occurred during a block party on Beckwith Drive, where a large crowd had gathered. According to witnesses, Marquis was sitting in a car with his sisters when someone opened fire on the crowd.
