On December 3, 2022, Ryan Matthew Holcomb, a 45-year-old male from Chanute, Kansas, tragically lost his life in Allen County. The circumstances of his death unfolded dramatically, beginning with a man walking into the Allen County Sheriff's Department to make a statement. This man was identified as 43-year-old Casey M. Dye of Petrolia, Kansas.
