In the early moments of July 29, 2024, the life of 26-year-old Desmond Elon Kurtz, a male resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a call of a person down in the 4100 block of Meadows Drive shortly after midnight.
