Ibn Ali Waller, a 22-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically shot and killed on December 1, 2019. The incident occurred on the west side of Indianapolis, specifically in the 1200 block of North Whitcomb Avenue, near 10th Street and North Lynhurst Drive.
