David Reyes-Gonzalez, aged 26, was fatally shot on August 27, 2017, in Cathedral City, California. The shooting took place at approximately 10:49 p.m. outside The Outpost Market, located on Ramon Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Reyes-Gonzalez in the passenger seat of a vehicle parked in front of the store, unconscious but still breathing. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
