On January 3, 2021, 17-year-old Andon Jo Oliver was tragically shot and killed in Anderson, Indiana. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. near the Fairview Apartments in the 900 block of Sun Valley Drive. According to reports, the shooting happened during a botched drug deal. Oliver was measuring marijuana to sell to the suspect when the suspect approached the window of Oliver's car and shot him in the chest.
