In the waning hours of New Year's Eve 2021, a celebration at a family home in Anderson, Indiana, turned into a scene of tragedy with the death of 24-year-old Devin Swain, an aspiring rapper known locally as 'Lil Devin'. Swain was a Black / African American male. The festive gathering was violently interrupted when several masked men entered the residence on Lockerbie Court.
