Timothy E Kates

In the summer of 2023, the life of Timothy E. Kates, a 41-year-old Black/African American man known in his community as an anti-violence activist and rapper, was tragically cut short. On the evening of June 27th, police were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of West 13th Street in Anderson, Indiana, where they discovered Kates's body inside the home.
