On June 27, 2023, 41-year-old Timothy E. Kates, also known as "Strictly Biz," was found dead inside a home in Anderson, Indiana. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of West 13th Street, near Madison Avenue, where officers from the Anderson Police Department responded to a report around 10:30 p.m..
