In the late summer of 2018, the life of 35-year-old Jeremy Boyd was tragically cut short in Anderson, Indiana. On the evening of August 17th, Boyd was shot in what authorities believe was an armed robbery. Fatally wounded, he sought help at a neighbor's home, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries on their back porch. His death marked one of four separate fatal shootings to occur in Anderson during that same month, shaking the community.
