In the winter of 2021, the life of Selman Delic, a 26-year-old white male from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of January 27th, a call about an unknown problem led Fort Wayne police to the Whispering Creek Apartments at 3200 Diplomat Drive.
