Devontae Radcliffe, a 26-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, Indiana, became the victim of a violent crime that tragically ended his life in the spring of 2021. On March 31, 2021, authorities were alerted to a shooting incident on the city’s near west side. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene located in the 3100 block of West 9th Street, a residential area near Tibbs Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Radcliffe suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
