Samaria M. Blackwell, a 19-year-old from Beech Grove, Indianapolis, tragically lost her life on April 15, 2021, in a mass shooting at the FedEx Ground Plainfield Operations Center. Samaria, who had recently started working at FedEx, was one of eight victims killed in the incident. The shooting occurred late Thursday night, and several other individuals were injured during the attack.
