In the early, rain-soaked hours of June 2, 2021, the life of Harold 'Cash' Lynn Shelton, a 52-year-old male, was tragically cut short on the south side of Indianapolis. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 3200 block of South Keystone Avenue following a report of a person down. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Shelton lying on the sidewalk, the victim of at least one gunshot wound.
