Julian Rayner, a 19-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 3, 2022. The incident occurred on the east side of Indianapolis, specifically in the 1600 block of Fogelson Drive. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), officers responded to reports of a shooting around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Julian Rayner with gunshot wounds inside a car.
