On the evening of July 3, 2015, Sharrod S. Crowe, a 24-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred during the July 4 weekend, a time when the city experienced multiple shootings. Crowe was found deceased at the scene, while another individual was wounded in the same shooting.
