William Walker, a 23-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 11, 2019. The incident occurred outside a club located in the 3500 block of West 16th Street. Walker, along with another victim, Charles Reeves, 42, was shot multiple times in a violent altercation.
