On a tragic Labor Day afternoon, September 6, 2021, the life of 17-year-old Ross Anthony Mitchell was cut short in Indianapolis. The young man, a senior at the XL Center, was enjoying a game of curb ball with his younger brother in the area of East Ohio Street and North Randolph Street when the unthinkable happened.
