Charles Mitchell Jr., a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot in Indianapolis, Indiana, on March 9, 2025. Authorities responded to Community East Hospital after receiving reports of a walk-in patient suffering from gunshot wounds. Upon arrival, they found Mitchell Jr. being treated by medical staff, but despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Marion County Coroner’s Office later confirmed his death as a homicide.
