In the winter of 2021, the life of 20-year-old Ayania Starr Coker was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence in Fort Wayne, Indiana. On the afternoon of Sunday, December 5th, Ayania was driving near the intersection of Eckart and Reed Streets when her life was forever altered. Unbeknownst to her, someone in another vehicle would soon open fire, striking her and causing her car to crash into a parked vehicle on Euclid Avenue.
