On the afternoon of September 2, 2022, deputies from the Parke County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a property on Hideaway Lane in eastern Parke County, Indiana, following a report regarding a death. Upon arriving at the scene approximately at 3:45 p.m., law enforcement officials discovered the body of Timothy Tomey inside a camper located near the Raccoon Lake area.
