In the summer of 1983, a tragic incident cut short the life of 12-year-old Ralph "Buzzy" Harless in Roanoke, Virginia. On August 2nd of that year, the young boy's life was ended by a gunshot wound. The circumstances surrounding his death pointed not to a random act of violence, but to a perilous game gone horribly wrong among youths.
