Enoch Stepharn Williams, known affectionately as "Happy," passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023, in Roanoke, Virginia, at the age of 46. He transitioned from this life to eternal rest with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Happy was a beloved member of his community, known for his warm personality that likely earned him his nickname.
