Alexander Eugene Sztanko, a 15-year-old boy from Dumfries, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 16, 1990. Alexander was riding his dirt bike along a utility line near his home in Woodbridge when he was ambushed, tortured, and murdered. The perpetrator, Michael Carl George, abducted Alexander, handcuffed him to a tree, and subjected him to severe torture. George used a stun gun to shock Alexander's genitals and then shot him in the head with a handgun.
