Dominick Anthony Nicholas Moye, a 20-year-old resident of Dumfries, Virginia, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on February 7, 2021. The Prince William County Police Department responded to a 911 call that was abruptly disconnected. Upon arriving at the 17100 block of Shell Cast Loop, officers discovered Moye unresponsive in the car, having suffered a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
