In the early hours of a Saturday morning, the life of 38-year-old Carvell Jarmain Williams, a male resident of Warrenton, Virginia, was tragically cut short. On March 23, 2024, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Williams was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Club Tempo on Possum Point Road in Dumfries.
