James Edward Grooms, a 32-year-old resident of Louisa, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2019, in Dumfries, Virginia. The incident occurred in the area of Buell Court and Old Triangle Road. According to reports, Grooms had arranged a marijuana transaction in that neighborhood.
