In the spring of 2003, a violent act shattered the peace in a Chesapeake, Virginia neighborhood, leaving a lasting scar on the community. On the first of May, in the 4200 block of Rotunda Avenue, a man named Duke Craps was found the victim of a fatal shooting. The Chesapeake Police Department was called to the scene to begin the arduous task of piecing together the events that led to his untimely death.
