Rashee Parson, a 24-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2022. The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Parkside Drive, where Parson was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a breezeway. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
