Death by Force

Tishaun M. Oliver, a 15-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2024, due to gun violence. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Mac Donald Road, where Oliver was one of three individuals shot at an apartment complex. He was found by police along with two other men suffering from gunshot wounds. All three victims were immediately transported to the hospital, where Oliver unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
