Lavance Flora, aged 42, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2022, in Chesapeake, Virginia. The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Lanier Street, where police responded to a report of shots fired around 6:50 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Flora suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
