Dion Rayshon Tynes, a 27-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2016. The incident occurred at The Birches apartment complex, located in the 1700 block of Birch Trail Circle. On that fateful evening, Chesapeake Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Tynes inside a parked vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Tynes succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
