In the early hours of March 15, 2014, the life of 24-year-old Justin Michael Waddell was tragically cut short in a residence on Chattanooga Street in Chesapeake, Virginia. A male of undisclosed ethnicity, Waddell was discovered by police with fatal gunshot wounds.
