Tavis T. McLean, a 19-year-old from Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2021. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Chesapeake Police received reports of shots fired in the area of Indian River Road and Sparrow Road, followed by a vehicle crash at Indian River Road and Oaklette Drive.
