Malan Adhim Morshed, a 28-year-old male, was tragically killed on August 12, 2019, in Raeford, North Carolina. Morshed, who was of Middle Eastern descent, was the manager of a sweepstakes parlor operating under the guise of a discount store called Dollar City. The incident occurred when a group of four to five men stormed the establishment while patrons were inside.
