Shawn-Quell Marquis Pleasant, a 19-year-old male from Raeford, NC, was tragically shot and killed on May 26, 2015. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds on a private drive behind a home in the 100 block of Malloy Street. The Hoke County Sheriff's Office determined that the shooting was gang-related and part of a retaliation effort.
