Mohammed Oasen Al-Otad, a 40-year-old man from Raeford, NC, was tragically shot and killed on the night of April 24, 2019. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. along 7352 Turnpike Road in Raeford. According to the Hoke County Sheriff's Office, the motive behind the shooting was likely robbery.
