The Hoke County Sheriff's Office has charged three individuals in connection with the murder of Mohammed Oasen Al-Otad. Tevin Jamuire Cole, 18, Jamar Rayvon Roudy, 26, and Jaqwan Maurice Tew, 26, have all been charged with first-degree murder. Additionally, charges are pending against Sintorria Marquita McArthur in connection with the shooting. Cole was arrested the day after the incident and is being held without bond. Authorities are still searching for Roudy, Tew, and McArthur.
