Namel Prince Augustine, a 25-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2018. Augustine was found dead on a sidewalk in the 800 block of Great Bridge Boulevard, having suffered apparent gunshot wounds. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m., and police were alerted to the scene after nearby residents reported hearing gunshots. Despite the immediate response from law enforcement, Augustine was pronounced dead at the scene.
