Dwane Laquan Boone, a 28-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2021, in Chesapeake, VA. Boone, known affectionately as "Quan" to his family, was a passionate artist who pursued a career in writing and producing music under the stage name "Wavey Wane".
