Erin Nicole Peterson, an 18-year-old freshman at Virginia Tech, tragically lost her life on April 16, 2007, during the Virginia Tech massacre. Erin was one of the 32 victims of the mass shooting carried out by Seung-Hui Cho, a senior at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
