In the quiet town of Blacksburg, Virginia, the promising life of 17-year-old Serenity Hawley was tragically cut short on November 7, 2023. A senior at Blacksburg High School, she was a vibrant and beloved member of her community, known for her involvement in Young Life and as the Vice President of member recruitment for DECA. With a recent acceptance to Virginia Tech, her future appeared bright. She was also a cherished employee at a local restaurant, Your Pie.
