A woman, caught in gun crossfire, is killed
On January 18, 2011, 29-year-old Regina N. Doctor was tragically shot and killed in Richmond, Virginia. Regina was caught in the crossfire of gun violence while in the 1400 block of Harwood Street. When Richmond police arrived at the scene, they found two women who had been shot; one survived, but Regina was pronounced dead at the scene.
