On a Monday afternoon, the 21st of November, 2022, the life of 29-year-old Tynisa Tony, a Black/African American female from Richmond, Virginia, was tragically cut short. First responders were called to the 900 block of St. Paul Street at approximately 4:15 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
