On November 21, 2022, Tynisa Tony, a 29-year-old resident of Richmond, Virginia, was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in the 900 block of St. Paul Street. Richmond Police responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tony suffering from a gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
