Reginald Leon Webb, a 49-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically passed away on October 19, 2008. Webb, who was born on January 1, 1959, was a well-known member of his community, having worked in culinary services at the Lighthouse Pointe Retirement Facility and being an active member of the New Mount Olive Baptist Church.
