In the late hours of October 19, 2008, a tragic series of events unfolded in Chesapeake, Virginia, culminating in the death of 49-year-old Reginald Leon Webb. A male resident of the 1600 block of Atlantic Avenue, Webb was discovered suffering from a gunshot wound in the 2400 block of Strawberry Lane at approximately 11:23 p.m. Emergency services promptly transported him to a local hospital, but his injury proved to be fatal, and he succumbed to it at the medical facility.
