In the summer of 2005, a tragic event unfolded in a quiet neighborhood in Chesapeake, Virginia, forever altering the lives of three families. On the evening of June 7th, 23-year-old Motty Toxey, a male, was found murdered alongside his friends, Nathaniel Huggins III and Andre Jackson, both also 23. The grim discovery was made inside Huggins' home located in the 500 block of Marcus Street. All three young men had been shot.
