Daevon Shaquille Miller, an 18-year-old from Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2011. He was fatally shot outside the El Patron Cantina-Grill on Sam's Circle in Chesapeake. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:42 a.m., when officers nearby heard gunshots. Daevon was struck in the arm and chest, leading to his untimely death.
