On a Sunday night in Chesapeake, Virginia, Tiquan Smith, a 30-year-old man, was senselessly shot and killed while driving his car. The fatal incident occurred on November 20, 2022, leaving his family devastated and searching for answers. Smith had told his family he was on his way to a local sports bar to watch a game, a simple plan that ended in tragedy on South Military Highway.
