Bradford Turek, a 28-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, went missing on January 22, 2004, during a vacation in Hawaii. Turek, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and in need of medication, disappeared under mysterious circumstances while exploring the island of Kauai. He was last seen around 10:00 PM, after renting a white Jeep on the island. His Jeep was later discovered on January 27, parked near the Kalalau Trail on Kauai's North Shore, close to Ke'e Beach.
